一 | (ECNS) -- The 2026 Taiyuan Energy Low-Carbon Development Forum will be held from Sept. 4 to 5 in Taiyuan, north China's Shanxi Province, marking the 10th anniversary of the event. Under the theme "Dual carbon goals drive energy transition, innovation accelerates a green future," the forum will focus on topics including renewable energy, new power systems, digital technologies and green finance. More than 120 overseas guests from 28 countries and regions have confirmed their attendance, including government officials, diplomatic envoys, representatives of international organizations and executives from companies such as Tesla, Air Liquide and Siemens. A key highlight of this year's forum will be the introduction of a dual guest-of-honor model for the first time. The United Kingdom will serve as the guest country of honor, with discussions focusing on the transition from coal-fired power generation to clean electricity systems. China National Coal Group Corporation will meanwhile serve as the guest enterprise of honor, highlighting the role of major energy companies in driving technological innovation and industrial transformation. 二 | 关于温婉官方旗舰店销售高仿奢侈品服装的问题，工作人员表示，直播间均有审核人员实时监督。那么商品未缝制品牌LOGO，但主播公开称产品系“打版复制”并提及品牌名，是否构成销售假冒注册商标的商品罪或商标侵权？大号被封后通过小号继续卖货，平台是否有义务封禁关联账号？记者就此事咨询了浙江五联律师事务所张建齐律师。张律师分析指出，该问题需分两类情形：如果所售商品本身属于假冒产品，不是正品，却按照正品宣传引导消费者购买，则构成虚假宣传可能涉嫌销售伪劣产品；若该商品为某品牌的“假货”"高仿”，即除商标外，其余款式、标识等均仿照正品生产、标注，那么该行为至少构成民事层面的商标侵权，情节严重时可能构成销售假冒注册商标的商品罪。同时，在大号被封禁后仍利用多个小号继续销售虚假或假冒伪劣商品，显属规避监管，主观上具有明知故犯的恶意。
