三 |     另据了解，今年以来，上海黄浦警方以打造清朗有序营商网络环境为目标，以“广宣传、深发现、严打击、强治理”为工作主线，深入推进打击整治涉企网络谣言等违法犯罪专项行动。截至目前，黄浦分局网安部门已累计侦破涉企网络违法犯罪案件20余起，依法清理涉企网络谣言信息1500余条，关停违法违规账号4.9万余个。其中“知名美妆用品企业关闭所有门店”“某品牌啤酒被检出致癌物”等不实信息发布人都受到了相应的行政处罚。
